You:

• You are a non-smoking woman;
• You are at least twenty-five years old;
• You are a professional – not a student;
• You are mature and considerate towards flatmates and neighbours;
• If you work shifts, you are quiet when returning to the flat late at night;
• You do your fair share of household duties;
• You expect to stay for at least six months, preferably longer.
• This is an ‘all girls’ flat and there have been problems in the past when flatmates have effectively moved their boyfriends in full time.  Understandably, this has caused friction.  Therefore, you will let your flatmates know in advance if your partner is going to stay over.  No more than a couple of nights a week is reasonable.

The flat:

• The flat has a total of 5 bedrooms.  You’ll share with four other flatmates, all women, in their twenties and thirties;
• It is on the top floor of a traditional tenement;
• Recently renovated;
• Gas central heating;
• Double glazing;
• Living / kitchen / dining room with; tall larder fridge; additional fridge; freezer; washing machine; two dining stools; three seat sofa; two seat sofa; flat screen TV; Sky TV with family, HD, movies, sport;
• Bathroom with shower;
• Additional shower room;
• Large entrance hall suitable for formal dining;
• Tenancy minimum six months;
